JIM’S V-TWIN 4.250” / 128 CUBIC INCH M8 “STREET” PISTONS

These pistons are designed to be used with a M8 4.500” stroke crank X 4.250” bore. The resulting cubic inches will be 128. We have used hundreds of these pistons in our custom engine building program since the original 114 & 117 cubic inch m8 engine was introduced. We have consistently seen these pistons make 145+ torque in builds using stock heads and up to 155 torque with added cylinder heads and the correct cylinder pressures.

CP Carillo manufactures the pistons to Jim’s specs. They are then coated by Calico Coatings with the very same coating that goes onto every piston in a NASCAR engine! After coating, each piston set is personally inspected and packaged by Jim to ensure product consistency.
